We are currently on the lookout for a new property, and have been for over a year! We are looking for a unicorn, and Ellie has not blinked once when it comes to finding potential places, visiting them, _almost_ making offers, and ultimately deciding they are not for us. Ellie and her team have been helpful, patient, insightful and always manage to keep it fun.

Ellie is an epic real estate agent. She truly cares about her clients and is willing to go the extra mile to help you find the perfect home for you. She’s honest and straightforward which is super helpful when looking for a home. When we started looking for a home in 2018 our first deal fell through due to an inspection, but she was patient with us and continued to help us look for the house that was right for us! On top of that, Ellie keeps a great community of clients and resources that you can use years after buying. Highly recommend!

I have now bought 3 houses and sold 2 with Ellie. Obviously I think she’s good at her job. She jumped right on getting us into the homes we wanted to see and had my house sold within a few days. Came in and staged it and offered fantastic suggestions.

Ellie and her EPIK home group have helped us buy and sell houses. Between my wife and I, Ellie has helped us buy and sell a total of five houses. Years ago, as a first-time homebuyer, Ellie taught me the important details to look for in a house such as location and age of utilities (furnace, water heater, AC, etc). She walked me through the process of homebuying and tries to answer all the questions and concerns throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and a very good negotiator. She is also very active in giving back to the community. We’ll have her as our agent again if we’ll be selling and buying another home in the future.

I was referred to Ellie by a realtor friend who worked in another state and I’m so glad she did! Ellie was amazing to work with and really helped us find our first home. With her contacts she helped us get the inside scoop on a home in a popular neighborhood getting listed. We now live in that home and continue to speak with Ellie regularly. Ellie is more than just a real estate agent. She is part of what makes our community so special. Buying a house with Ellie was a wonderful experience but it didn't end there. We have become part of her extended family through events like the annual Easter egg hunt, which our kids love, and the Sugar Baker's Thanksgiving Pie Day. We have now started our own tradition of giving Sugar Baker's pies during the holidays. As I am writing this review, I am eating a piece of my "house anniversary" Godiva chocolate, courtesy of Ellie! All of the perks are great, really, and fun and friendly. But the bottom line is that Ellie is a high energy, caring professional who is going to take care of you and help you get a home for your family . . . and that is what really counts.

Ellie is fantastic! We loved her and her whole team. She was recommended to me by my best friend, who spoke very highly of her. She was excellent at pointing out both possibilities and flaws in prospective homes, making sure we focused on what was important. She also is fantastic at hand-holding an anxious neophyte through the whole process. She was able to negotiate on the fly to get us our dream house within our budget.

After having lived in Columbia for 3 years, a family friend (who is also a realtor, but not in MD) helped me find Ellie after contacting many realtors in my area. Ellie helped me buy a home in Jessup, MD (just right outside the Columbia town limits (no HOA!)). She had an extensive knowledge of Howard County and we looked at homes in Columbia, Elkridge, Jessup, and even one out in Clarksville. She was able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, and was extremely responsive to booking showings at multiple locations within the week of my request as my schedule allowed. I was really picky, especially on basements (where usually MRIS has no photos) and she showed no signs of frustration over the multi-month process. She also had a real eye for sensing possible issues and/or relative value of a house as we looked at it. Her and her team were also really good when it came to putting in offers, doing the paperwork, and being there for the home inspection/closing. Also, being a first time homebuyer, she was really good at answering questions that I had along the way in regards to the administrative stuff. I'd highly recommend going to her for your house-buying needs in Howard County

Great experience with Ellie! We never thought we’d get something until our contingency cleared, and didn’t think of seriously looking at that stage, but she insisted it was no problem for her to on walk through for us on a video call. We ultimately got it even with the contingency. Furthermore, she’s like the unofficial mayor of Catonsville and works super hard to promote local businesses and activities and make us feel right at home in our new town. I really appreciate all of that, it’s pretty cool. I definitely recommend her and the EPIK Group if you’re looking for a house, especially if you’re considering Catonsville.

What impressed me the most about working with Ellie was her "whole team" approach. Buying a house is already enough work, especially on top of a job, a commute and a family. The last thing I needed was to spend a bunch of additional time finding all the associated professionals you need to complete the transaction. Ellie provided everyone we needed - lender, inspector, title company, home warranty company - everyone. Each was top notch, did a great job and helped us get to where we need to go. We have been in the house a year now and love it. can't think of thing about the process I would have improved.
