Realtor Ellie McIntire was fabulous to work with! She made it is as painless as possible to sell my home from out-of-state. She presented me with options, based on how much I wanted to invest in upgrades, on what I could expect to make. For a relatively minimal investment, which I did not have to pay for up front--the costs were simply deducted from the proceeds--my property sold for much more than it would have otherwise. From start to finish, Ellie and her team were extremely in tune with the market, professional, responsive, and remained available to me throughout the entire process.
